May the Angels in their beauty bless you.
May they turn toward you streams of blessing.
May the Angel of Awakening stir your heart
To come alive to the eternal within you,
To all the invitations that quietly surround you.

You, darkness, of whom I am born —
I love you more than the flame
that limits the world
to the circle it illumines
and excludes all the rest.
But the darkness embraces everything:
shapes and shadows, creatures and me,
people, nations — just as they are.
It lets me imagine
a great presence stirring beside me.
I believe in the night.
By Rainer Maria Rilke
Two days ago I saw this pigeon on the seed shelf outside the kitchen window. I decided that this is the perfect time for my nature meditation. I watched my breath, and beheld this creature. As I breathed and watched, the pigeon became more and more stunning, more beautiful. As I breathed and watched, I woke up more and more to the many-faceted world I live in; at the same time, I was more aware of my own Self. I was alive and aware in this very body, in this very world.
LIKE SNOW
Suppose we did our work
like the snow, quietly, quietly.
leaving nothing out.
—Wendell Berry from his collection “Leavings,” (Counterpoint, 2009)
She’s coming into her power…
Meditation is no longer limited to sitting cross-legged with her eyes closed for an hour each day…
Meditation now happens instantly anywhere, alone or in the presence of others…
Her stillness is not affected by her external environment, she drops into her energy body and feels her essence merge with the vibration of the “Oneness” effortlessly…
She enters the timeless buzz of creation, the space between thoughts in the stillness of her own presence…
Her senses are heightened, she feels Mother Shakti within and without, an expansiveness that surpasses all logic, all comparison, all identification…
Those around her feel calmer, more at peace…
In this state she feels renewed, heart-full and gentle towards all.

At the core of aggressiveness is fear; at the core of ferocity is gentleness.

This effort has to be understood in the same light of our Peace work, which is “All Nations, All Faiths, One Prayer”. This effort to protect Mother Earth is all Humanity’s responsibility, not just Aboriginal People. Every human being has had Ancestors in their lineage that understood their umbilical cord to the Earth, understanding the need to always protect and thank her. Therefore, all Humanity has to re-connect to their own Indigenous Roots of their lineage – to heal their connection and responsibility with Mother Earth and become a united voice.

Yes we can!
A new story can lead to new insights and new actions that can take us to new places. This solution may sound like it is not grounded in “reality” at first, but this new viewpoint can actually guide us towards making decisions that serve the Earth and everyone on it. Yes, we can and should address the symptoms of our killing each other. But at the same, time I would urge us to find ways to shift our underlying perception of the Earth and our place on it. Eventually, these unacceptable acts of violence are calling us to:
Recognize the underlying story (beliefs) that guides our values and actions — and to let go of old stories that no longer serve us.
Develop a new story about this living universe and begin to realize that the Earth and everything and everyone on it is connected.
Realize that it serves our individual self interest to ensure that everyone has their basic human needs met and that everyone, with no exceptions, is treated with dignity and respect.
Expand our circle of care and concern to encompass more and more people on this planet.
Put an end to the violence against ourselves.

My gift to the world is my knowledge, my empathy, and my sense of Oneness. I embody the blueprints of eternity within me. I carry the knowledge of all times and places to ever exist, and know them through their resonance within me. My mission is to process this knowing into the outer world, to integrate my consciousness through this lifetime and shine it through every moment, to birth my consciousness into the world and influence human evolution in directions that have never yet been explored. I am courageous in this journey and hold the place of knowing and truth in my being as I explore new, heart-centered ways to be. As I walk the walk, I manifest. What I manifest is my choice, in this and every moment.

And then a very powerful voice spoke to me. From where this voice came from, I do not know. It said, “Just surrender to the suffering.” That was it. So I thought about it. I realized that I was not accepting what was happening to me. I was fighting it. I was trying to push away the suffering, but it was obviously not working. So I followed the message, and surrendered to the suffering, that which is.
