When the mind is rapt in the muladhara (the kanda), the navel, the heart, the throat, the palate, the space between the eyebrows, the forehead, or anywhere else inside up to the brahmarandra; when it is steadied in ether, in water, in forests, or somewhere else in the outer creation, then the supreme light blazes in the heart.
